SPR# RSTN69WDYJ - If the full text index needs to be rebuilt, when "updall" is accessing the index (while a search is performed), the message
"The full text index needs to be rebuilt" will not be displayed, because the index is just temporarily offline (and it
is still good). Instead, the message "The full text index for this database is in use" will be displayed.
